Señoríos de Relleu®, is a coupage of extra virign olive oils of five native and arbequina variety, with a medium fruity, a light bitter and a spicy upper middle, wich provide strong. The main naunces of this oil are fresh and remind to the green almond and freshly cut grass, with a characteristic touch provided by the arbequina variety.

 

We can go further our perception and find on the internal of this oil the fresh of the tomato and the body of the fig. An oil wich you can delight your palates.

Blend of extra virgin olive oils from five native varieties and arbequina with a half fruity, a bitter and a medium-high spicy.Aromas of this major oil are cool and remember to almond and green grass with a distinctive touch arbequina provided by this variety.
We go beyond in our perception and find this within the fresh tomato oil and body of the fig tree. An oil we delight with our taste.

  • Altitude: 429 metres above sea level.
  • Variety: Manzanilla Villalonga, Arbequina, Blanqueta, Changlot Real, Picual, Alfafara y Genovesa.
  • Collection system: Knock down and manual vibrate.
  • Collection preiod: In summer, in late October.
  • Extraction system: Continuous system with two phases.
  • Storage: Stainless steel storage tanks rendered inert with nitrogen.
  • Combination: Multiple possibilities in combinations where the oil want to take leading role.
  • Acidity: 0,1º.
