Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an olive juice obtained directly from olives and only through mechanical means.

It must be of early harvest, made with green or veraison olives and always collected and made in less than 24 hours once harvested and olive from the tree, never from the ground.

In addition, the olives must be of excellent quality and obtained by cold extraction, this means, an extraction with temperatures below 27 ºC.
