Monumental Olive Trees

Within our farms we have monumental olive groves, many of them with ages between 300 and 500 years, which are still in full production due to the renovation pruning we do.

We also have some millenary olive trees, with more than 1,000 years.

How is the age of an olive tree calculated?

The perimeter of the tree is measured at a height of 1.3 m. above ground level and for every 3.5 m. perimeter are 1,000 years old.

In our farms we have a millenary olive trees with a perimeter of 4.2 m.
