
18 May Señoríos de Relleu, double award for Best Extra Virgin Olive Oil in the Valencian Community
We are proud to announce that Señoríos de Relleu has been awarded two prizes in the XXVI Extra Virgin Olive Oil Contest and the XV Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Contest “City of Utiel”, consolidating us as one of the great references of EVOO in the Valencian Community.
Organized by the City Council of Utiel and the Department of Agriculture of the Generalitat Valenciana, this contest is one of the most prestigious of the regional olive oil scene, valuing excellence, origin and quality of the best oils produced in our territory.
🥇 First Prize for Best EVOO: “1 Día de Cosecha by Agatha Ruiz de la Prada”.
The highest recognition in the general category was awarded to our “1 Day of Harvest”, an exclusive creation made with traditional Mediterranean varieties such as Changlot Real, Manzanilla Villalonga, Arbequina, Alfafara and Picual.
This oil represents the essence of a single day of harvesting at the Teuladi estate, located in the mountains of Relleu, Alicante. Packaged in a vibrant aluminum bottle designed by Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, it is the perfect fusion of art, flavor and nature. Its aromatic intensity, balance and persistence have made it worthy of the First Prize for Best Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Valencian Community.
🥉 Third Prize in organic category: Organic Coupage with Arbequina soul.
We have also been recognized with the Third Prize for Best Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil for our Organic Coupage, an organically certified oil that values sustainable cultivation, respect for biodiversity and a rigorous selection of olives at their optimum ripeness.
Produced in our Relleu oil mill from a batch of 800 liters, it stands out for the softness, sweetness and elegance provided by the Arbequina variety, accompanied by other fresh and fruity nuances that make it an ideal EVOO for the conscious consumer as well as for haute cuisine.

The awards were presented at the Bodega Redonda de Utiel on May 16, 2025, in a ceremony presided over by the Minister of Agriculture, Miguel Barrachina Ros, in the presence of representatives of the entire Valencian olive oil chain.
