We are proud to share that our EVOO “1 Día de Cosecha – Agatha Ruiz de la Prada” has received a rating of 96 points in the prestigious Wine Week Guide (SEVI) 2025, ranking as the second best extra virgin olive oil among the more than 1,600 wines and EVOOs tasted in this 15th edition.
This recognition highlights the constant effort of our entire team to achieve excellence, fusing tradition, innovation, sustainability and design in each of our oils.
A creative and unique collaboration
The “1 Día de Cosecha” EVOO is the result of a very early harvest, handmade and selected at source, which results in an oil of the highest quality and a very expressive sensory profile. The edition signed by Agatha Ruiz de la Prada adds a touch of color and creativity, representing the fusion of art and agriculture.

“Complex, powerful, well-balanced, very long and persistent oil. Aromas evoking tomato, olive leaf, fig and almond. Sweet on the palate, medium bitterness and progressive spiciness. Notes of grass, alloza, green fruit and nuts appear. An EVOO of great expressiveness and personality.”
