Señoríos de Relleu at Madrid Fusión 2026: EVOO, food and wine pairing and olive oil tourism with Mediterranean flavor

From January 27th to 28th, Señoríos de Relleu has been present at the most important gastronomic fair in Spain: Madrid Fusion 2026, within the stand of Turismo Comunidad Valenciana. Two intense days of connection with professionals of the sector, media, gastronomy lovers and extra virgin olive oil enthusiasts.

EVOO tastings and sensory experiences

Throughout the fair, we offered tastings of our early harvest oils, produced in our mountain farms in Relleu (Alicante), where tradition, biodiversity and design come together in each bottle. Visitors were able to experience first-hand the unique aromas, flavors and nuances of our native varieties and our award-winning blends.

Tasting-tasting with food and wine pairing and live cooking

One of the most special moments was the commented tasting that we held on Tuesday afternoon in the showcooking area of the stand. This activity, organized together with Marufina, a company specializing in canned and artisan seafood products, allowed us to create a perfect marriage between sea and mountain.

The session included the participation of chef Diego René, from La Beluga restaurant (Malaga), who prepared a live culinary proposal inspired by the Mediterranean, using our EVOOs as a base to enhance textures, aromas and personality.

Oleotourism, innovation and territory

During our participation in Madrid Fusion, we also presented our proposals for olive oil tourism in Alicante, a unique experience that combines guided tours of our olive groves, sensory tastings, workshops and direct connection with the culture of EVOO at source.
