In Señoríos de Relleu, each drop of Extra Virgin Olive Oil tells a story that goes beyond taste: it is the story of a family, of a land, of a way of understanding agriculture as a way of life.
Recently, we have had the pleasure of appearing in the specialized magazine Oleorevista, where we share the pillars on which our project is built: quality, creativity and sustainability.
A farm with history… and with a future
Our farm, located in the picturesque surroundings of Relleu (Alicante), has been in our family for generations. What was once the home of our grandparents has now become an example of how tradition and modernity can go hand in hand to create something unique: oils that respect the environment, pamper the olive grove and seduce the senses.
Design, art and emotion
From the beginning we knew we wanted to do things differently. We wanted to create not only a great oil, but an experience. That is why we take care of the design of our bottles with a colorful, Mediterranean and lively aesthetic, collaborating with designers such as Paula Alenda or even with Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, who has signed a special edition.
As our CEO, Hugo Quintanilla, says in the interview:
“We didn’t want to look serious, dark or boring. We wanted to convey joy and excitement through the design.”
Oleotourism with soul
In addition to producing high quality EVOO, at Señoríos de Relleu we open our doors to olive oil tourism. We invite our visitors to discover the olive grove, learn about the production process, participate in guided tastings and soak up the culture of olive oil from the inside. A sensory and educational experience that every year attracts hundreds of tourists, families and those curious about the world of olive oil.
Thanks to this commitment to dissemination and sustainable tourism, we have recently been recognized with the SICTED – Commitment to Tourism Quality, an endorsement of the effort to offer a quality experience and authenticity in each visit.

Our range of oils includes monovarietals and blends made with local varieties such as Manzanilla Villalonga, Alfafara or Blanqueta, harvested at the optimum moment to preserve all their nuances.
