In this latest edition of the prestigious “Wine and Oil Guide” of this 2021 La Semana Vitivinícola” we have obtained 96 points for our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Delicate Coupage, with several of our oils being on the honor roll.
For the tenth year in a row we have obtained the highest marks for this guide.
About the SeVI Guide
The Wine and Oil Guide for Wine Week 2021 is now available. The guide comes with an important novelty, then, Salvador Manjón, director of SeVi; and Vicent Escamilla, its editor-in-chief, have directly assumed the tastings, backed by a full invited tasting panel.
The 384-page work maintains its already classic structure, with the classification of wines and EVOOs according to the majority varietal with which they are made. In the 2021 edition, 1,717 wines and 58 extra virgin olive oils have been included in the guide, whose tasting notes are presented in Spanish and English, making it highly useful for consumers and wine operators.

Señorios de Relleu Delicate Coupage: 96 points
Medium ripe fruitness. Elegant, olive, yellow apple and plum skin. Olive blossom, Straw and aromati herbs, alloza (green almond), fleshy palate, saffron bitterness, measured and balanced spiciness, a pleasant almondy aftertaste.
Señorios de Relleu Medium Coupage: 94 points
Ripe fruitness, sliced apple, Cherry tomato, quince peel and citrus pulp, alloza green almond and fresh olive. Elegant cocoa bitternes, with some length. Growing spiciness.
Señorios de Relleu Intense Coupage: 95 points
Ripe fruit, apple, lemon leaf and aromatic mediterranean herbs. Intense palate, almond bitterness, pungent sensation, spicy, punchy but well-balanced.
Señorios de Relleu Organic Coupage: 95 points
Medium green fruitness, apple, olive, fragant lemon leaf, hay, green tiny tomatoes, floral notes. Elegant on the palate, smoky bitterness, growing spiciness. Well-balanced.
