WHAT IS ORGANIC MAGAZINE?

HOW WAS THE TASTING MADE?
The samples of our organic oils were sent in February, but due to the quarantine until now it has not been possible to carry out the tasting, since it was not possible to gather the tasting panel to carry out the tasting of organic olive oils in 2020.
A total of 23 Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oils (EVOO) have been tasted from Spain, Portugal, Greece and Italy.

Organic Coupage Señorios de Relleu (Relleu, Alicante)
Masía Teuladí, where this Eco EVOO is made, has been around for more than 100 years. Its olive trees are planted in ancient Arab terraces, it has an abrupt landscape with steep slopes, canyons and ravines difficult to cultivate if it is not platforms or terraces made with patience by man.
This Eco EVOO is a blend of five minority varieties of olives that are only found in the area: Manzanilla Villalonga, Blanqueta, Changlot Real, Alfafara and Genovesa combined with Arbequina. All collected in veraison about the end of October.
Organic Coupage is a mild yellow EVOO Eco. Intense aroma, due to the six varieties that make it up in smell, it is a very elegant, round, fruity, almond, herbaceous oil, some olive leaf. Unctuous on the palate, with mild itching and bitterness.
To season a fresh stew or to dress a “bowl” of roasted tomatoes.
Last year we were also lucky to have the 2018 harvest for our tasting. Undoubtedly a pleasure to count on it to be able to verify his brilliant career.
