This oil is a select coupage made of the Manzanilla Villalonga, Arbequina, Blanqueta, Changlot Real, Picual, Alfafara and Genovesa varietals, cultivated and milled in a valley at the foot of the Sierra Aitana in Alicante, at an altitude of over 1.000 metres
