Designed to be served cold (not suitable for cooking), they’re the perfect gourmet topping for:
• Canapés and appetizers: on crunchy bread, hummus, tartare or cheeses.
• Salads and vegetables: burrata, tomato, avocado, asparagus.
• Fish and seafood: carpaccio, ceviche, smoked fish.
• Cold soups: gazpacho, salmorejo and chilled soups for a premium finish.
Tip: add them at the very end, just before serving, to preserve the “burst” effect.

Texture: delicate membrane; gently burst, releasing a silky flow.
Aroma: intense green fruitiness with vegetal and spicy notes.
