General reservation conditions

a) Cancellation and non-attendance:

1. 1. 1. 100% of the amount paid will be refunded if the reservation is canceled 4 days in advance or more.
      2. 90% of the amount paid will be returned if the reservation is canceled between 4 and 2 days in advance (10% management fees).
      3. The amount will not be returned if the cancellation occurs with less than 2 days or if the client does not attend the day of the service.
      4. In case of cancellation of the visit between 4 and 2 days in advance, the client may make the visit on a different date to be specified with the oil mill and for a maximum period of 6 months. Said change will be subject to availability and will not have any additional cost, being able to make a maximum of one change per reservation.
      5. In the event that the mill has to cancel the visit for reasons attributable to the mill before its start, the full amount of the activity will be returned to the client.

b) Modification of contents

Señorios de Relleu SL reserves the right to modify the content or route of the visit, as well as to alter the duration of the same for justifiable reasons, such as rain, fog or other weather conditions, works, lack of electricity supply, mechanical or computer failures, etc., for this reason the client has not the right to receive any type of compensation.

c) Strict Punctuality

They must arrive on the day of the visit 5 minutes in advance of the time of the visit. If you arrive late, you must contact Señorios de Relleu and unfortunately if there is another visit scheduled after yours, you will not be able to extend your visit.
