Two intense days of connection with professionals of the sector, media, gastronomy lovers and <strong data-start=\"568\" data-end=\"600\">extra virgin olive oil<\/strong> enthusiasts. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"603\" data-end=\"654\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">EVOO tastings and sensory experiences<\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"1025\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Throughout the fair, we offered tastings of our <strong data-start=\"715\" data-end=\"746\">early harvest oils<\/strong>, produced in our mountain farms in Relleu (Alicante), where tradition, biodiversity and design come together in each bottle.
