Tanto en bares y restaurantes como en calles y fiestas populares.<br \/>\nOs dejo una forma sencilla y tradicional de prepararlo vosotros en casa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Estilo17\" align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-17450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.senoriosderelleu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/pulpofeira1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"237\" height=\"350\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.senoriosderelleu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/pulpofeira1.jpg 237w, https:\/\/www.senoriosderelleu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/pulpofeira1-203x300.jpg 203w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 237px) 100vw, 237px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"Estilo13\">Proceso de Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p class=\"Estilo17\">Lo primero que hay que hacer es lavar bien el pulpo para sacarle el limo que trae.<br \/>\nDespu\u00e9s se tiene que mazar para que ablande, se dec\u00eda que de 15 a 25 golpes fuertes (si el pulpo es congelado no hace falta mazarlo).<br \/>\nPoner a hervir con agua con la cebolla.<br \/>\nSi se tiene una pieza de cobre se puede remplazar por la cebolla.<br \/>\nDicen que de esta forma la piel no se separa y queda bien.<br \/>\nCuando el agua hierva hay que meter el pulpo y &#8220;asustarlo&#8221; dos o tres veces. Se trata de meterlo y sacarlo del agua,\u00a0ver\u00e9is\u00a0como los brazos se retuercen.<br \/>\nDejarlo cocer 45 minutos para que ablande.<br \/>\nLo sacamos del fuego y lo dejamos reposar 15 minutos (Aprox)<\/p>\n<p class=\"Estilo17\" align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-17452\" src=\"https:\/\/www.senoriosderelleu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/pulpofeira2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"461\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.senoriosderelleu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/pulpofeira2.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.senoriosderelleu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/pulpofeira2-304x234.jpg 304w, https:\/\/www.senoriosderelleu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/pulpofeira2-300x231.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"Estilo17\"><span class=\"Estilo13\">Emplatamos<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Estilo17\">Lo sacamos de la cazuela y se corta con unas tijeras en rodajas.<br \/>\nSe\u00a0sazona, se pone el piment\u00f3n con el picante deseado y despu\u00e9s el <strong>Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra Se\u00f1orios de Relleu<\/strong>.<br \/>\nLas patatas han de ser cocidas en el agua del pulpo, se pondr\u00e1n oscuras\u00a0cogiendo\u00a0color del pulpo y sabor.<br \/>\nEn 10 o 15 minutos est\u00e1n listas. Se pueden hacer con el pulpo o se pueden hacer despu\u00e9s en el agua mientras lo cortamos<\/p>\n<p class=\"Estilo17\">Van en rodajas gorditas y se suelen colocar como base y el pulpo por en cima.
